Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it in its original shipping box with all protective padding, hardware, and assembly instructions included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
